Beauty leaves

A variety of natural ingredients have been used in beauty since ancient times. One of these natural ingredients is leaves. Almost everyone knows about the benefits of neem and basil in skin and hair care. So the popularity of these two leaves in beauty is much higher. What many of us do not know, however, is that in addition to these two leaves, there are many other leaves we know, which have all the wonderful medicinal properties, which can play a special role in the health of our skin and hair.

Ampata

Ampata contains vitamins A, C, and beta carotene. Beta carotene acts as a photoprotective agent against the sun's ultraviolet rays. And Vitamin A reduces the production of excess oil in the skin, increases the radiance of the skin, and prevents the outbreak of acne. In addition, Ampat can repair damaged skin and fine lines of the skin.

Vitamin C in amputee helps in collagen production. This collagen helps in hair growth. And beta carotene nourishes the hair and strengthens the hair from the roots.

So for healthy skin and hair, you can make a mask by mixing 2 tablespoons of ampata paste with 2 tablespoons of ripe papaya pulp and 1 tablespoon of sour yogurt.

Shajanepata

Like Shajanedanta, its leaves are also full of various medicinal properties. The leaves contain protein, vitamin B6, iron, vitamin A, C, magnesium, and lots of antioxidants. It is very effective in removing wrinkles, acne, and blemishes on the skin.

Make a thick and smooth mixture by adding half a teaspoon of honey, half a teaspoon of rose water, and half a teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of Sajna leaf powder. Leave the mixture on the face for 10 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water.

The anti-bacterial properties of sane leaves can eliminate dandruff. For this, mix sajnepata paste with coconut oil and apply it on the scalp for one hour, and then wash it off. This will eliminate dandruff as well as dryness of the scalp.

Beetroot is very helpful in enhancing the taste of the mouth or digesting food as well as solving various skin and hair problems. To eliminate the problem of acne or allergies on the skin, you can wash your face or take a bath with that water by burning 6-8 leaves in water. In addition, if you mix betel leaves with turmeric and apply it on the face, acne or rash will heal quickly.

Beetroot is a very good source of calcium. To reduce the rate of hair loss, you can use coconut oil mixed with betel leaf paste. Using this mixture three to four times a week will control the problem of hair loss and new hair will also grow.

Guava leaves

Guava has long been used in many countries to treat various ailments. It contains anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory ingredients. It's anti-oxidant helps to prevent skin aging by destroying free radicals. In addition to blackheads, guava leaves can be used to reduce acne.

Make a pack by mixing 2 tablespoons of guava leaves, half teaspoon of basil leaves, half teaspoon of rose water, a little turmeric, and one teaspoon of milk. Apply the pack on clean skin for 10 to 15 minutes and wash off. The skin will be brighter and tighter.

A study in the United States found that vitamin B in guava leaves strengthens hair follicles and helps new hair grow. For this, you have to burn some guava leaves in water for 20 minutes and then apply that water on your hair and wash it for an hour.

Papaya leaves

The carbine in papaya leaves helps in the healthy growth of the skin. In addition, the vitamins and minerals present in the leaves such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and iron increase the radiance of the skin and lighten the skin.
To get healthy skin, mix 2 tablespoons of papaya butter with 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder. In addition, to cure any skin infection, mix 2 tablespoons papaya leaves with 1 tablespoon turmeric or neem powder and apply the mixture on the infected area.

Bay leaves

Bay leaves are popular as a special spice in cooking. But many of us may not know that this leaf can also be used for skin and hair care. Bay leaves can prevent acne by removing the oily feeling of the skin. Bay leaves are very effective as a natural toner to enhance the freshness of the skin.

In a cup of water, add four bay leaves. Cool this water and mix 2 teaspoons of rose water and apply it on the face. This water can be mixed with Multani soil to make packs. Leave the pack for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it off. Using this pack at least one day a week will keep the skin acne-free.

In addition, to get rid of the problem of dandruff and lice, clean the hair with bay leaf water.
