Winter is coming. At this time the skin needs extra care. In winter the skin loses moisture. As a result, various types of problems are created on the skin. Oil can be ideal to eliminate these skin problems. Because some oils act as moisturizers, some oils help to cleanse the skin. Rahima Sultana, a beauty expert, said this about oil.

Rahima Sultana said that after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes with oil before bathing, the skin will be cleansed only after wiping with a wet towel or cloth. Applying oil on the skin even after bathing helps to retain skin moisture for a long time. However, it is best to apply the oil before going to bed at night, said the beauty expert. There is no need to use very expensive oil for skin care. Can use coconut oil. However, you need to do a little extra work before using coconut oil. In winter, you can mix coconut milk with powdered milk, rose water and glycerin to remove the roughness of the skin. Coconut oil also helps in lifting makeup.

However, if your lips are chapped in winter, use sesame oil, not coconut oil. Mix honey, glycerin and rose petals with sesame oil and apply it on the lips. Sesame oil is useful not only for lips but also for foot cracking. For cracked feet, you can mix glycerin and rose water with sesame oil and use it on cracked feet. People with dry skin have more problems in winter. Black seed oil can be used for dry skin in winter. Mixing two teaspoons of black cumin oil, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of glycerin with honey and lemon juice and using it on the skin will help to retain moisture in the skin for a long time. Besides, black spots on the skin will also be removed. Again, neem oil can relieve dryness of the skin. Amla or amalaki oil contains vitamin C which helps to reduce the appearance of bumps on the skin this winter.
These oils are not usually available in the market. Of course, these can be made at home with a little effort. However, lately, neem oil, black cumin oil, etc. are being sold in the market, especially online. If you want to buy them, it is better to buy them.
